Ordering & Payment

1. Do I need an account?

You don't need an account to order with us but creating an account ensures that you can safely and quickly make orders. Click here to create an account and you can start shopping in a moment.

2. How do I make an order?

Making an order is a simple process. Choose the desired quantity of the product you're interested in and click "Add to Cart". Next, proceed to checkout, enter your details and choose your method of shipping. Once you key in your payment details and submit your order, simply wait for a confirmation email.

3. I am having difficulty placing an order.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble placing an order. Contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

4. How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an email that confirms your order and is being processed. Check the details of your order and inform us if you spot any error.

5. Can I amend or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as your order has not been shipped (i.e. have not received the order dispatched email). Contact us with your order number and let us know accordingly. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend an order, so you will need to cancel your order and re-order.

6. What currency is being used?

All prices on our site are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and transactions are processed in SGD.

7. What payment methods do KAPITALGOODS accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX only.

 

Shipping/Delivery

8. Where do you ship to?

We ship within Singapore and to 14 other destinations in Asia Pacific. See here for more details.

9. When will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirming the order has been dispatched, along with the shipping address and a tracking number (if any).

10. How long does shipping/delivery take?

Standard shipping takes about 5-22 business days while express shipping takes about 2-3 business days. More details can be found here.

11. Can I track my item?

Yes. A tracking number for your parcel can be found in your order dispatched email.

12. Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes. You can do so by keying in a different shipping address from your billing address. However, do note that a shipping address that is different from the billing address will generally be subject to a more stringent verification process.

13. What if the address I entered when checking out is wrong?

Contact us with your order number as soon as possible and we can change it to the right address. However, if your order has been dispatched, we will try our best to help you locate/retrieve the parcel.

14. Part or all of my order is missing or incorrect.

Contact us immediately with your order number and let us know the particular item that was ordered and the item that you have received in error or the item that is missing. We apologise for any error and will rectify it as soon as possible.

15. Where is my order?

Please check the following:

  • If you have received your dispatch confirmation email.
  • Your account or order details to see if your address is correct.
  • The tracking link/number in your order dispatched email to view the current status of your parcel.
  • Any text messages, calls or emails from the courier. You may have missed your collection and the courier will have further information on how to proceed.
  • No one else at the address has received your parcel or if your neighbour might have received on your behalf.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us immediately with your order number and we will try to help you as best as we can.

 

Returns

16. Can I return an item?

Yes, but only for orders within Singapore and you have to do so within 10 business days from the date of your order. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information.

17. Do you accept exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at the moment.

18. What are your returns requirements?

To be eligible for returns, the product(s) must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and in its original condition with tags still intact. Items that are damaged as a result of your wear and tear, carelessness, accident or misuse are not considered defective or faulty and do not constitute a reason for returns. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information.

19. How do I return a product?
