We want you to enjoy your purchase. However, if for any reason you're unsatisfied, we accept returns for full-priced products for a refund to the original mode of payment. However, we do not accept exchanges. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of your wear and tear, carelessness, accident or misuse are not considered defective or faulty and do not constitute a reason for returns.
All returns must be made within 10 business days of order date. To be eligible for returns, the product(s) must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and in its original condition with tags still intact. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements at our discretion.
Returns are free for orders shipped within Singapore and a collection can be arranged. However, we do not accept international returns at the moment.
Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt, as long as it meets our return requirements. The amount (including the original shipping fee) will be credited to your original mode of payment; please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your credit card.

Sale or promotional items may only be returned in exchange for store credit. The same qualifications apply for return eligibility (as detailed above).
Our Policy for Pre-order or Special Order
Pre-orders or special orders, like monograms or items made to order, do not qualify for returns.
For your convenience, a returns form has been enclosed in your package. Fill up the form and repack the product with care using the original packaging materials. Contact us to let us know that you're returning the product as well as to arrange for a collection.
